The Exchange Hire Spaces
Theatre
Our versatile auditorium offers tiered theatre seating for 285 people, 300 with an extra row of non-fixed seats on stage or 249 without the use of side stall seats. The centre block of the stalls can be retracted back to create a large rehearsal space.
Studio Rooms
The Exchange has 5 multipurpose studio rooms available for a variety of uses including training courses, meetings, well-being/fitness courses and creative/performing arts workshops.
Conservatory
The Conservatory is a bright and spacious room on the second floor with access to an outside terrace. It is an ideal location for drinks receptions, celebrations and networking events.
St Mary’s University Campus
St Mary’s University offers stunning spaces ideal for wedding receptions, private parties, accommodation, conferences, film shoots and esports events. Nestled in a picturesque setting, our campus provides a unique backdrop to make your occasion truly unforgettable. please contact the conference team direct for more info and bookings.

We are unable to accept hire enquiries by phone or in person. All hire requests and event bookings must be submitted via the form or by emailing us directly at exchangetwickenham@stmarys.ac.uk with subject ‘Hire Enquiry’ and someone from our team will respond as soon as they can.
Please note: For Artistic Programming, we will review all submissions and will contact you if we are interested in moving forward with your event.
