Richmond Film Society Presents ‘The White Crow’£3 – £5
‘The White Crow’ (UK/Serbia/France – 2018)
7 January @ 8:00pm
£5 (£3 full-time students). RFS members go free.
RFS’s first film of 2020 is Ralph Fiennes’ acclaimed biographical drama, which captures the raw physicality and brilliance of Rudolf Nureyev, whose escape to the West stunned the world at the height of the Cold War. The film tells Nureyev’s dramatic story from his humble beginnings to his defection in 1961, when he was the world’s most famous male ballet dancer. The period is immaculately reconstructed.
