Finland (2016)

Based on a true story, Olli is unexpectedly given the chance of a bout with the American 1962 World Featherweight Champion. To win would establish Finland’s global prestige but his romantic life begins to hamper his preparations. Involving and moving, with hints of Truffaut and Kaurismaki. Winner of the Un Certain Regard Prize at Cannes.

The film will be preceded by the RFS AGM at 8:00pm and the screening will commence at 8:30pm.
