Level 2 Certificate in Make Up

Learners will study the application of all make-up products, including skin analysis, preparation of the skin, recognition of face, nose, eye and lip shapes, corrective make-up, airbrush make-up and day, evening, special occasion and bridal make-up.

Whilst enrolled upon the course you will study one unit which includes:

  • Skin types and characteristics, condition and texture
  • How to prepare the skin accordingly
  • Customer care, consultation and communication
  • Contraindications to make-up
  • Make up selection, lip shapes, corrective creams, concealers, contouring, highlighting and airbrushing
  • Health and safety

One day Themed Face Painting workshop

This workshop is designed to enable Learners to practically study the techniques required for face painting.  You will learn how to use sponges and brushes to create various themes and genres, from super heroes to animals!  This workshop would be suitable for anyone wishing to face paint at parties, fairs, festivals, theatrical performances and much, much more!
