The venue and box office open 1 hour before the scheduled start time for evening events.

HOW TO BOOK

ONLINE
Online bookings can be made through our website, current events are listed on the homepage of the website.
For online bookings the ticketing company charge 7% of the ticket price with a 50p minimum charge.
For online bookings you will receive a confirmation email and E-Ticket, please bring a printed copy of the E-Ticket or you can show the E-Ticket on your mobile device for entry into the theatre.

TELEPHONE / IN PERSON
Book tickets over the phone through our box office on 020 8240 2399. The Box Office phone line is open Monday – Thursday 10am – 5pm.
Tickets can be collected from the front desk between the above stated hours or on the night of the event.
Electron cards and Amex are not accepted for payments.

Please note advance booking for future shows stop 1 hour before a performance begins.

BOOKING FEES
For online bookings the ticketing company charge 7% of the ticket price with a 50p minimum charge per ticket.

This is to cover essential admin fees associated with running a Box Office – including bank charges, staff, our ticketing system and building overheads. They also enable us to keep our ticket prices as low as we can for you.

CONCESSIONS
Concessions are indicated where available. We offer concessions to children under the age of 16, adults aged 60 or over, students in full-time education, those on Income Support and registered disabled. Proof of status must be shown when booking or collecting tickets.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. We will not charge an admission fee for babies under 18 month old but they must sit on the ticket holders lap. Prams/buggies are not permitted in the theatre and can be stored in the foyer at the owner’s risk.

REFUNDS
The Exchange regrets that it is unable to refund tickets unless the performance is postponed or cancelled.

ACCESSIBILITY
The Exchange is committed to making the venue accessible to everyone so they can enjoy the whole programme. We always try to accommodate access needs to the best of our ability whilst adhering to health and safety regulations. Do not hesitate to give us a call on 020 8240 2399 prior to your visit so we can accommodate for your needs.
Wheelchair users and visually impaired customers are entitled to one complimentary ticket for a companion.

Venue and Theatre Accessibility

  • There are limited parking spaces near the venue for Blue Badge holders.
  • We have step free access from the street to the box office/ground floor of the building.
  • Life access to all levels of the venue
  • Accessible toilets on the ground level, 2nd, and 4th
  • Café/Bar located on 1st floor is accessible by lift.
  • We have 2 wheelchair spaces with room for 1 companion seat each in Row J Seats 1-4.
  • Step free access in the theatre is Row J and the aisle seats are J5, J23, J24.
  • All other rows in the Theatre do have steps up or down. From the entrance there are 17 steps down to Row A (front row) and 10 steps up to Row P (back row).

TOILETS
There are toilets located on ground floor of The Exchange.

PARKING / TRAVEL
Unfortunately, The Exchange cannot accommodate parking for audience members and there is no public parking on the Brewery Wharf estate at all. There are limited parking spaces near the venue for Blue Badge holders. There are public car parks in Twickenham within walking distance of the venue.
We encourage Exchange audience members to travel by public transport where possible. The venue is right opposite Twickenham station. Trains to Twickenham run regularly from Waterloo, Vauxhall and Clapham Junction. Bus routes 110, 267 and 281 pass outside the venue.

If an event is cancelled or postponed we will announce online and endeavour to contact all ticket purchasers. It may not always be possible to contact customers individually if an event is cancelled at short notice.
