If you have purchased tickets for events that were scheduled to take place between March and September please check your email inbox and junk folder for communications from us via ‘TicketSource’. If an event is postponed your tickets remain booked and valid for any new date. We are not issuing automatic refunds. If you need a refund please request one by contacting email@example.com
The Exchange will be open to the public again from mid-September. Check back here for more information and guidance soon.
Bookings and classes in the studio rooms will be returning to The Exchange from Monday 7th September. Please check with your group leader for more information on specific classes.
Our detailed guidelines about COVID-19 and using our venue safely have been issued to current users and will be available on our website soon.
Our first priority is to ensure the health and safety of all those using our facilities, whether our staff and students or visitors and clients.
