The Exchange has 5 studio rooms available for hire. These rooms are designed to be multipurpose and are suitable for training courses, meetings, art classes or any number or other purposes! Two of the studio rooms have AV facilities and two have sprung floors.
Companies and groups will also be able to hold full day conferences using the theatre. The auditorium has a maximum capacity of 300.
The Exchange café is located on the 2nd floor and are available to cater for your event offering a range of refreshments, hot and cold food. This space is also available for hire in the evening and at weekends.
The Exchange is open Monday – Friday between 10am and 5pm and will open in the evenings and weekends for hirings or events. The basic hire fee includes employed staff and equipment available. Any extra staff needed for an event such as additional technicians or extra security will incur an additional charge. Any equipment that needs to be hired in such as a PA system or projectors will also incur an additional charge.
